Our Journey & Growth Story

1. Early Phase – Organic Growth & Community Awareness (2004–2013)

In its initial decade, Samagra Samajik Naitik Vikas Sansthan (SSNVS) operated strictly on a Self-Financed model. Operating with limited resources and without external funding, the organization established a strong grassroots foundation through social awareness drives, community mobilization, and local development campaigns across rural areas.

2. Strategic Vision & Direction (2014–2015)

The period of 2014–15 marked a major strategic pivot with the onboarding of energetic new team members and domain professionals. SSNVS created a structured organizational framework and realigned its core priority toward Education, Skill Development, and Livelihood Generation. To scale its social impact, the organization set its vision on leveraging Government Schemes, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funding, and Private Sector Partnerships.

3. Expansion into Skill & Development Projects

Building on this new vision, SSNVS partnered with AISECT to establish digital and technical education centers. This initiated a rapid growth phase, marked by the execution of the STAR Skill Project as our first national-level youth certification drive, alongside impactful community development, sanitation, water conservation, and worker welfare projects in collaboration with the Labour Department, Water Resources Department (Jal Vibhag), and local Municipal Bodies (Nagar Parishad).

4. Present Scale – NSDC & CSR Leadership

Today, SSNVS is a trusted implementation partner executing large-scale skill development and self-employment initiatives under the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and leading corporate CSR programs.
Our core mission is to empower rural and urban youth with industry-relevant skills. Through quality vocational training, we not only connect youth with employment (job placements) but also mentor them toward micro-entrepreneurship (self-employment)—fostering self-reliance and sustainable economic growth.

  • 20+ Years of Field Experience: A proven journey from self-funded community drives to executing national-level skill and livelihood projects.
  • Robust Multi-Sectoral Network: Strong track record of successful project execution with government departments, AISECT, NSDC, and corporate CSR arms.
